RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us for a full refund of the product's purchase price. Please read below for our return policy.

Return Process

We’ve all been there before - sometimes a product just doesn't work for you or your skin type. No worries. Please contact our customer support at support@rubytshaving.com and we will be happy to assist your questions or concerns. Please kindly note, we do not cover the cost for return of unwanted products but if you are not satisfied with your order please contact us, as we're happy to help.

CONDITIONS
Due to the sensitive nature of shaving products we cannot accept any returns on used items as they are a health hazard.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

After receiving approval from customer support, you will receive instructions on the shipping process.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds will take 3-5 business days to be processed and posted to your payment method.

SHIPPING
When will my order ship after purchasing?
Processing takes 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday not including holidays. Shipping times vary depending on where in the world you’re shipping to. Please refer to the list below to find out how long your package will take to arrive.

ECONOMY SHIPPING:
Delivery in 5-8 business days, USPS
STANDARD SHIPPING:
Delivery in 3-4 business days, USPS
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Delivery in 6-18 business days, USPS

Orders may be delayed due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Transit and delivery time may be extended due to inclement weather or general carrier delays/issues. Ruby T shaving cannot guarantee a delivery date.
Ruby T Shaving is not responsible for lost shipments due to a wrong or incomplete address entered at checkout (i.e. missing or invalid apartment number, incorrect street number, city, state, or zip code). In the event you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us Support@rubytshaving.com and provide the correct address, ASAP!


A reminder Once your order has shipped, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

If you received the wrong items or if there was an issue with delivery, please let us know within 7 days of your delivery date, and we'll work to correct the problem!


How is my shipping cost calculated?
Your shipping cost is calculated based on your shipping address, the shipping method chosen, and the weight of your order at checkout. For free shipping, both domestic & international are shipped either USPS or UPS dependent on location.

What are the extra duties and taxes for when I purchase from outside of the US?
For international orders, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These costs will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are recipient's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for the packages. You may check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
